Consortium Partners · Gaming & Interactive Entertainment
We partner with studios, publishers, rights holders, and national technology programs to bring capital, structure, and deal-making to interactive entertainment. You build the game. We build the business around it.
Beyond capital
Consortium is built by operators who helped define the modern games industry — leaders behind globally recognized franchises, hit studios, and games played by millions of players worldwide.
Our partners are all active — running studios, closing deals, shipping titles. It means the relationships are current, the introductions are warm, and the people on the other end of them pick up the phone.
What we do
Every engagement is different, but each one comes down to the same thing: carrying the business load so the people making the game can stay in the game.
Across developing markets worldwide there are thousands of exceptional engineers, artists, and designers, and a young games industry still building the financial infrastructure to match. We work with national technology programs and regional investors to close that gap.
The starting point is usually a fund — one that pairs public and private capital and puts it to work in local studios. But capital on its own does not make an industry, so we design and build the structure around it at the same time.
That means shaping the policy and incentive framework with the national partner, standing up a local management company and investment team, running training and accelerator programs alongside universities and incubators, and opening doors to the international publishers and platforms a local studio cannot reach on its own.
Alongside the capital comes the consortium itself: established international studios who sit with local teams on a regular schedule and share how companies get built, how titles get scoped, and how games reach a global audience.
The goal is a working local industry — one that can raise, build, and sell on its own, with or without us.
What that covers
How the partnership works
Building a game has a lot in common with building a house. Someone has to hold the deed, get the permits, arrange the financing, bring in the right architects and trades, and keep the whole project moving toward completion. That is the seat we take.
We work with rights holders to secure the intellectual property, assemble the capital behind it, work with our partner studios to find exactly the right expertise for that title, and bring it to market through an established publishing partner.
Each partner does what they do best. The studio and the publisher carry the title. We carry the business.
How the partnership works
Most studios reach a point where the founders are spending as much time on the raise, the house financials, the publishing negotiation, and the cap table as they are on the game. Building a full finance and corporate development team in-house is slow and expensive. We are the alternative.
We step in as the studio’s business side: building the model, running the raise, managing the books, negotiating with publishers and platforms, and handling the acquisition conversation when it arrives.
The work stays yours. Let us help run the business.

Where we work
We work across emerging and growth games economies worldwide — markets with deep technical talent, young audiences, and an industry moving faster than the capital around it, where well-structured money goes a long way.

How we work
Your name goes on the game. Ours goes on the paperwork. We are built to be a quiet partner.
From first structure through to exit, not only the interesting part at the beginning.
Everyone here is still running something. The experience we bring is current, not remembered.
Real presence in the markets we invest in, with people on the ground rather than quarterly visits.
Our founders
Consortium is deliberately small. The people you meet are the people you work with.
